TX-001 is a barrier functional PET masterbatch prepared by double screw extruder to control the effective functional group reaction between high barrier materials.

After adding the barrier batch, the barrier performance of PET extrusion sheet is improved by 1 -2 times, and the barrier performance is lasting (relative to the oxygen suction batch).
Maintain the original PET characteristics
There is no effect on PET transparency, and the aging index is consistent with the PET product.
Safety and environmental protection
Mother batch can be used for food packaging and food contact substances; provide FDA, ROHS, PAHS (PAHs) test reports.
