TX-001 is eenbarrière functionele PETmasterbatch bereid door dubbelschroefsextruder om de effectieve functionele groepsreactie tussen materialen met een hoge barrière te controleren.
Uitstekende barrière
Na het toevoegen van de barrièrebatch worden de barrièreprestaties van PET-extrusieplaten 1-2 keer verbeterd en zijn de barrièreprestaties blijvend (ten opzichte van de zuurstofzuigbatch).
Behoud de originele PET-eigenschappen
Er is geen effect op de PET-transparantie en de verouderingsindex komt overeen met die van het PET-product.
Veiligheid en milieubescherming
Moederbatch kan worden gebruikt voor voedselverpakkingen en stoffen die met voedsel in contact komen; verstrek FDA-, ROHS-, PAHS (PAK's)-testrapporten.
