TT-03 / TT-03 (B) is made by special double screw by sizing agent, designed for PET injection molding.
The resistance of PET injection product is reduced by 40 - 60% , which greatly reduces the probability of release scratch of the product , and effectively improves the yield rate . Improve the PET fluidity , improve the ejection pressure and shorten the molding period.
No effect on the PET transparency, and can maintain the original PET background color. There are no adverse factors for post - processing such as hot stamping , and the aging index is consistent with the PET product .
Masterbatch can be used for food packaging and food contact substances, provide FDA, ROHS, PAHS ( test reports)
